Set up communication mechanisms (internal and w/partners) Plan monitoring and evaluation procedures from the start Enough staff/capacity/skills and right internal procedures Political/senior management buy-in Support other partners/manage conflict/different cultures Timescales for signatures Check deadlines: date and time!
