2. The City of Oakland Park Parks and Leisure Services A.S.C.O.O.P. 2015-2016 A.S.C.O.O.P. is a licensed and insured afterschool program. Activities include art, reading, homework help and supervised outdoor play. Registration begins July 6 th, 2015 (for resident) and July 27th (for non-resident). Proof of residency is a photo I.D. and a current utility bill issued in the last two months (FPL, water or cable). Please be prompt when making your monthly payment. Your child may be withdrawn from the program if payment is not received by the due date. Winter break, Spring Break and all public School Holidays are separate registrations. Children enrolled in the A.S.C.O.O.P. program must re- register for these camps by the date listed. Space is Limited. Hours of Operation: 2:00pm-5:45pm. No Refunds. Transporting from Floranda, North Andrews Gardens, Lloyd Estates, Rickards and Wilton Manors Elementary/Middle Schools. Transportation fees are $10 per week. “Fees are subject to change”.
