1 Innovation Manager SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage new product projects from concept through commercialization. Partner with Brand Teams to identify growth platforms and develop products that will support brand strategies. Manage innovation pipeline, iteratively developing and prioritizing concepts and projects to meet launch timelines. Utilize advanced consumer insights (demand space, need state, trend, industry, consumer, shopper, retailer) to identify opportunities and further validate and optimize concepts that will drive growth and meet objectives, leveraging research throughout development process. Lead and participate in ideation/brainstorming sessions, concept/proposition development and product and package testing and optimization. Manage cross functional teams in support of new product development projects and leverage resources as needed to facilitate process. Partner with packaging and ingredient suppliers to drive innovation.
