40 minute Gym class Heart rate: 113 bpm Blood pressure: 113/72 Similar to the 30 minute exercise, so it’s a pretty good exercise program

Conclusion Our school has a good exercise program, but the snack food that we have is not very nutritious. The food isn’t extremely bad for you, it just is not very good, either.
