2 Case: CDR-12-11-244 Project: Orangewood Planned Development/ Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) Substantial Change Applicant: Kristy Jassak District: 1 Request: To consider a substantial change to the approved Orangewood PD/LUP to grant a waiver from Orange County Code Chapter 31.5-163(2) & (3) to increase the maximum copy area of two (2) signs to 250 square feet each and a combined total of 500 square feet for Parcel ID #12-24-28-3275-00-010 only, in lieu of the existing two (2) signs with a maximum copy area of 125 square feet each and a combined total of 250 square feet.
