12. Capitol Headquarters We will be meeting in the cafeterias of both the House and Senate Buildings. Staff will stay there to help answer questions and collect lobby visit debrief forms. This will be a place where you can prep in between meetings and plan out your roles.

13. Scheduled vs. On Site Scheduling Campuses will receive slips of paper of their meeting schedule. If your slip says “On Site” that means you will be requesting a meeting for today. We will be asking if and when the Education Policy advisor would be able to meet with us for 15 mins. If you have a scheduled visit, show up 5 mins early.
