5 Härmälä Campus model Based on areal thinking: services are near people who lives in the Härmälä-area, when your capability to function decreases you do not need to move from your home – services will come to you areal client guidance multiple-provider model Actors in the area will benefit working together and located closely each other: new ways to act and work service process is done by using (enterprise) resource planning purchasing will be more focused and professionalised Campus model will be conceptionalised and used elsewhere nationally and internationally Campus client information will move electrically
