Thames Valley Strategic Clinical Network Thames Valley Head & Neck Cancer Scoping Project “Thames Valley Cancer Strategic Clinical Network in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support and Central Southern Commissioning Support undertook a one year project across Thames Valley to scope rehabilitation support services available to patients diagnosed with head and neck cancer (HNC) in long term survivorship. The project’s aim was to identify and understand key areas within the rehabilitation support services where the support and care for HNC patients is being unmet and could be enhanced.” www.england.nhs.uk
