3. EN DEV EA Design Goals The following has been considered when designing the conceptual model: 1. Clarity, 2. Extendibility and 3. Flexibility.

4. EN DEV EA Header It contains general information such as: Owner information, Contracted laboratory details and Analytical reporting. It’s purpose is to be expanded to include other global reporting metadata.

5. EN DEV EA Protocols The section describes the definition of sampling protocols and procedures. Amongst others, these definitions can represent recommended procedures, default operating practices or global settings for reporting results. The definitions are referenced by activities described in the ADX report.

6. EN DEV EA Locations A list of locations (laboratories, storage facilities, company offices, etc…) referenced by activities described in the ADX report.

7. EN DEV EA Chain of Custody This section contains a handling history for the physical samples detailed in the ADX report. It will provide chain of custody information for the entire batch or individual samples.

8. EN DEV EA Samples A list of physical samples referenced by activities described in the ADX report. These samples match one-to-one with physical material and describes information related only to the actual sample.

9. EN DEV EA Measurements It describes the results of analytical procedures performed on physical samples. Each measurement is the result of applying a procedure(s) to one or more samples.

10. EN DEV EA Reading the Report The ADX report is designed to provide information at different levels of details. The report must be processed from the top down. Details or parameters are then accumulated and applied to individual analytical results.
