3 手塚治虫 (Tezuka Osamu) 1928-1989  手塚治 was born on November 3 rd, 1928 in Toyonaka city, Osaka  Father was a strict business man who liked photography and cinema and the mother was a loving and eccentric person  Family moved to Takarazuka city, Hyogo in 1933 Key word: mother
