6 Material produced under Phare 2006 financial support Phare TVET RO 2006/018-147.04.01.02.01.03.01 Project financed under Phare EUROPEAN UNION MERI/ NCDTVET-PIU Methodological aspects for REAP, LEAP, SAP monitoring Objectives To assess the implementation of the priorities identified in the education action plans and to report in this respect; To provide data/information on the progress measuring indicators in performing the actions and the objectives in the plan; To determine a framework for the periodical monitoring throughout the implementation of the education school plans;  To promote consulting with the groups involved in the planning process and to suggest measures for improving the plans.

7 Material produced under Phare 2006 financial support Phare TVET RO 2006/018-147.04.01.02.01.03.01 Project financed under Phare EUROPEAN UNION MERI/ NCDTVET-PIU Participating managerial structures involved the REAP, LEAP, SAP monitoring The REAP external monitoring in a region is made by the Regional Consortium of another region. The LEAP external monitoring of a county is made by the members of the Regional Consortium, representatives of the institutions in a county different than the one for which the monitoring is performed. The SAP external monitoring in a county is performed by the members of the LCDSP Each monitoring team consists of minimum 2 members of the RC/LCDSP. It is recommended that in each monitoring team there be also representatives of the employers and/or trade unions. The chair and secretary of the RC/LCDSP have an important role in coordinating the monitoring process
