5 Enrolments Assessment results recorded & Certificate issued Church Worker completes training in their own time unless the course is part of an approved development plan Church Worker receives an email from LearnConnect confirming enrolment & login details Church Worker completes training Church Worker Initiated Training (‘free’ professional development courses) Church Worker enrolls in the course

6 Enrolments Assessment results recorded & Certificate issued Church Worker schedules dedicated training time in consultation with Manager /Parish Priest Manager /Parish Priest sends a request to the Administrator to enroll the Church Worker/group in a course Church Worker receives an email from LearnConnect confirming enrolment & login details Church Worker completes training Administrator assigns course to Church Worker / group Manager Initiated Training (courses completed as part of a Development Plan including fee for service)

7 Enrolments Assessment results recorded & Certificate issued Church Worker completes training in their own personal time Manager /Parish Priest approves the course Church Worker receives an email from LearnConnect confirming enrolment & login details Administrator assigns course to Church Worker Church Worker Initiated Training (fee for service courses completed as Self Development – not part of development plan) Church Worker sends an enrolment request to Manager /Parish Priest for approval Administrator approves the course

8 When you are enrolled into a course, you will receive an email advising your username and a link to LearnConnect Access to Online Enrolments

9 You can retrieve your personal user name and password at any time by clicking the Forgotten Your Password? link and entering your email address or username. Retrieve Login Details At Anytime

10 Some of the functions Church Workers can access are: View course assessment results Functionality Overview Browse the online course library & Search for a course View personal training plan, launch courses and view completion status View personal details & change password or print a certificate Access the Help Centre
