TCEQ OSSF Licenses (MP) Maintenance Provider (MP) license: submit an application form and fee complete the Basic and Advanced Maintenance Provider courses pass the MP exam meet one of the following requirements:  possess an OSSF Installer II license;  possess a Class 'C' or higher Wastewater Treatment Operator license; or  have three years experience as a registered MP and/or Maintenance Technician (MT) registrant. 8. TCEQ OSSF Licenses (DR) Designated Representative (DR) license: submit an application form and fee, complete the basic training course, and pass the exam. 10. TCEQ Renewal Requirements All licenses and registrations must be renewed every three years. Application and fee ($111) must be timely submitted. 24 hours of continuing education is required prior to the expiration date (except apprentice and technicians). A Site Evaluator must maintain a current OSII, DR, Professional Sanitarian, Professional Engineer, or Professional Geoscientist with a Soil Science discipline license.
