13 Call To Action Sounds great! So what next? Contact your organizations Microsoft account team and request a Knowledge Management Center Workshop with your local MTC (Microsoft Technology Center) Workshop consists of a 2 day, hands on, workshop at the local MTC with the outcome being a working Knowledge Management Center POC (Proof of Concept) in the clients environment. Additionally the workshop includes 4 weekly Skype for Business meetings as part of the POC follow-up for ongoing support and guidance.

15 Microsoft Technolog y Centers Office 365 Knowledge Solution – Day 2 Agenda Greeting Recap of Day 1 Review/Validate Day 2 Build Set up top level aggregate view for solution. As each area is covered expose the view to that content in this view. Asynchronous (Yammer, Video for Office 365, MIX, Wiki) Set up content areas and permissions across the different components. Have all attendees install Mix and take them through a guided hands on experience creating a short Mix and publishing to their Video for Office 365 channel. Synchronous (Skype for Business, Skype Meeting Broadcast, Skype TX) Enable Skype Meeting Broadcast in the tenant. Hands on practice workshop setting up live Skype for Business meetings and recording then publishing the recording as well as hands on setting up and delivering a Skype Meeting Broadcast session. Class/Training (OneNote Class Notebook, elements from Asynchronous and Synchronous) Set up top level container for classes then walk attendees through the process of setting up a sample Class and in populating it. Securing Knowledge Across Devices (EMS) This portion may be a parallel breakout. Configure EMS and management of specific Office/Office 365 applications for management in EMS Wrap-up and up 4 weekly one hour calls with attendees 15
