Contact your organizations Microsoft account team and request a Knowledge Management Center Workshop with your local MTC (Microsoft Technology Center) Workshop consists of a 2 day, hands on, workshop at the local MTC with the outcome being a working Knowledge Management Center POC (Proof of Concept) in the clients environment. Additionally the workshop includes 4 weekly Skype for Business meetings as part of the POC follow-up for ongoing support and guidance.

Have all attendees install Mix and take them through a guided hands on experience creating a short Mix and publishing to their Video for Office 365 channel. Synchronous (Skype for Business, Skype Meeting Broadcast, Skype TX) Enable Skype Meeting Broadcast in the tenant. Hands on practice workshop setting up live Skype for Business meetings and recording then publishing the recording as well as hands on setting up and delivering a Skype Meeting Broadcast session.
