GRAS is a system to account for tax & non tax receipt of the State Government & its realization through electronic means. Site launched on 24th June, 2010 by Finance Department through the Directorate of Accounts and Treasuries Government of Maharashtra 1. Commissioner, State Excise 2. As a Guest User (Pay without Registration) 2. As a Registered User (Pay with Registration)

10 Select dept. for which you have to make payment

11 Select Payment Type

12 Select District & Office Name

13 Select Scheme Name

14 Select Form ID if necessary
Select Period Select Form ID if necessary

15 Enter amount after confirming Scheme Code

16 Department Tax ID is unique ID given by concern dept
Department Tax ID is unique ID given by concern dept. or available to taxpayer. This field is optional.

17 Fill personal Details

18 Three options are available to make payment
2. Payment Across Bank Counter (Cash/Cheque) 3. SBI e-Pay Payment Gateway

19 2 3 1 Click on Payment Across Bank Counter, if you do not have account in GRAS participated Bank and want to make payment across counter by Cash/Cheque by generating challan through Click on SBI epay Payment Gateway if have account in private Bank to make payment using Netbanking/Debit Card/Credit Click on e-Payment, if you have account in GRAS participated Bank to make payment using Netbanking

Click on Submit button to make Challan draft after filling image text

22 After clicking on Submit Button you will see Draft Challan in this format

23 If you want to modify information click on Cancel Button
Check all information & if correct Check on Checkbox & click on Proceed Button for payment If you want to modify information click on Cancel Button

24 After clicking on Proceed, you will get GRN. connected to Bank’s site
Note GRN for future reference after clicking on OK button you are connected to Bank’s site

25 and options of each bank may be different
Click on Submit button after filling user name & password For example here State Bank of Hyderabad is selected for making e-payment. Front page and options of each bank may be different

26 After clicking on Submit Button you can see Payment Details

27 To confirm e-Payment click on Confirm Button otherwise click on Back/Cancel Button.

28 Website to generate e-challan.
After generating Bank Ref. no. & CIN you again automatically connect to GRAS Website to generate e-challan.

29 After successful e-payment you will get challan containing
GRN & Bank’s CIN

30 after updating Bank’s scroll number
Bank CIN & Ref. No. will be updated after e-payment & next day you will get service from concern department after updating Bank’s scroll number

31 Complete Challan

32 e-challan with digital signature
On next day evening of e-payment you can download e-challan with digital signature
