3. STAFF SMOOZY Smoozy currently employs 6 permanent staff and also employs freelancers on a regular basis. The executive officers are: Séverine Jouet – Founder and Managing Director Aude Regnault – General Manager Between the two of them, they share 30 years’ experience in event management. The other personnel are made up of 4 Project Managers. Among them, the following languages are spoken: English, French, and Spanish. For this specific event, Séverine Jouet and Aude Regnault would be on hand to ensure a smooth delivery, and, in addition, will source an appropriate number of freelance guides and assistants, to cover all operational requirements.

4. SPECIFIC INFORMATION SMOOZY NUMBER OF EVENTS HANDLED PER YEAR On average, Smoozy handles about 40 events per year. Please note, however, that these events can tremendously vary in size and content, with groups from 10 to 1500 people. Our largest event was for a major French company with 1500 attendees, for whom we operated a £700 K London program. SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS Smoozy has nearly 10 years experience as one of London’s leading DMCs and has therefore, over that period, built up excellent and strong commercial relationships with suppliers in all areas. We know who to work with when it comes to specialist services such as catering, entertainment, lighting, production, floral decoration, ground transportation and so on. INSURANCE Smoozy carries all the necessary insurance cover required by law. -Employers liability to a limit of £10 million -Public and product liability to a limit of £5 million.
