2. THIS WEEK Important Information For This Week……… Anti bullying workshops all this week Monday – Wednesday We need to make sure we are in form on time ready to learn- ensure you have all your equipment – Planner, pens, pencils, erasers, uniform card,

3. Attendance Our aim is to have above 96% attendance! Last week..95.1% This is a fantastic improvement Remember if you are off sick you need to bring a note in the next day to give to your form tutor. All that have 100% each term will have the opportunity to win prizes.

4. Achievement points BA are front runners at present…who can catch them this term?

5. Being on time This week there pupils clocked up a total of 122 minutes on the lateness record. This is over 2 hours of learning time! If this continues as a year group you waste over 72 hours of learning lost! Which is the same of missing 14 whole days of learning!

6. Report For now on… If you are clocking up lateness minutes you will find yourself on punctuality report. 1.This means…parents will be informed 2.The report stays on your year 7 file 3.You will have further sanctions if you are late.

7. Report cards If you are on report which we hope you are not) and loose the report card you will receive a Head of Year detention, as well as have parents informed! You have been warned

8. Student of the week A huge congratulations to everyone who has won or been nominated for student of the week! Keep up the hard work!

10. Anti bullying workshops all this week We are running an anti-bullying workshop with an external visitor from Monday 11th- Wednesday 13th of January (next week). All year 7 pupils will miss one of their humanities lessons (Geo, History or P&T) to attend the session. Their classroom teacher will take them to the allocated classroom and remain with them for the whole of the session.

11. Swimming Gala We are looking for pupils to compete in the Redbridge swimming gala. Pupils must be able to swim at least 100m competently! If you are interested please contact Miss Owen or Miss Hooker.
