Enhancing Employability Evolving electronic document accessible from point of entry – Supports both students and tutors in engaging with personal development planning and review – Helps staff to write references ‘HEARable’ activity promotion – Highlights importance of making the most of university – Promotes student engagement and encourages thinking and action to develop a range of experiences and achievements beyond academic programmes Embedding skills identification & reflection in 6.1 protocols A richer record that can be used to help evidence & articulate a wide range of experience – Official ‘snapshots’ before graduation as well as ‘exit’ HEAR
