2 ACCESSING PROM/SE UNIT ASSESSMENTS IN DATADIRECTOR

3 1.Logon to DataDirector. 2.Click on Exams. 3.Find and click on your assessment. 4.Scroll down to find and print assessment documents. 5.Enter data by: – Scanning Scantron sheets OR – Manually entering student responses. 6.Use exam reports to analyze data and adjust instruction.

4 1. Logon to Data Director https://www98.achievedata.com/calhoun Use the username and password provided to you by your district. – If you don’t have a login, contact your district Key Contact (technology or curriculum coordinator)

5 2. Click on Exams. Note: Do NOT click on Assessments. In DataDirector, tests with individual items are called Exams. While you may see something in Assessments that looks like your unit assessment, there’s really nothing usable there. It’s only there for reporting purposes.

6 Click on Mathematics, 2011-2012 and your Grade Level, then click Search. 3. Find and click on your assessment.

7 If you don’t see your assessments listed, contact your Key Contact to get permission.

8 4. Scroll down to find and print assessment documents. Print Scantron (bubble) sheets, with or without names, to have your students bubble in their answers to each item. Copy the Exam Booklet, which contains all the items, for each student. Print the teacher guide to see the answer key and standards assessed by each item.

10 5. Enter data by: Scanning Scantron answer sheets Use the scanner in your building designated for this purpose. If you don’t know where this scanner is located, contact your building administrator or district Key Contact.

11 5. Enter data by: manually entering student responses. Click on either of these links to enter data manually.

12 Enter data manually-saving often.

13 6. Use exam reports to analyze data and adjust instruction.

21 NAVIGATING THE PROM/SE WIKISPACES SITE

22 1. Find the site. 2. Join Wikispaces if you aren’t already a member. 3. Request membership to the site. 4. Explore and use resources.

23 1. Find the site. http://prom-se.wikispaces.com If you already have a Wikispaces login, sign in here. If you do not have a Wikispaces login, click here to create one.

24 2. Join Wikispaces if you aren’t already a member. Clicking on “Create a new Wikispaces account” will take you to this page. Create a username and password, and provide your email address. Then click “Join.”

25 3. Request membership to the site. Click on “Request Membership.” This sends an email to the wiki organizers, one of whom who will approve your request quickly. After this, when you login, you will have access to all site resources.

26 4. Explore and use resources. Click on your math program. Use print or video tutorials.
