14 Paying it back Not paid back until April after course finishes. Only if the student is earning over £21,000 a year ~ £1,750 a month. Pay back 9% of everything earned over £21,000. Taken directly from earnings. How much will I pay back? £24,000 a year = £23 a month Interest £21,00-£41,000 =Inflation + up to 3% (the interest rises 0.00015% for every extra pound you earn over £21,000. So you earn £1,000 more, you accrue 0.15% extra interest) Over £41,000 = Inflation + 3% Wiped after 30 years!
