2 The Farm The farm has 4,500 olive trees planted 10 x 10 (100 trees per hectare). About 3,500 trees have drip irrigation which is buried in the ground, fed by two springs. The farm is situated in a typical mountain range with average rainfall of 600 mm and good soil for the olives.

3 Currently yields are achieved in excess of 200 tonnes of olive fatty acids in high yields (24%) and quality oils extra high stability and oleic acid.
