1. Introduction My name is Diana Keown I am a mother of two beautiful young ladies who are grown up and out on their own.

2. I love my job I have been working as a Library Aide at an Elementary School for the past 15 years.

3. My interests I love to read books of many different genres. You can find me buried in books sitting in my favorite chair.

4. Schools I attended Public Elementary School( Van Duyn) from Grades K-6 7 th and 8 th Grade at South Vermillion Middle School. 9th-12 th Grade South Vermillion High School

6. Key experience that had a lasting impact on my education My third grade teacher, Mrs. Woodason, who helped us learn something when we only thought we were just having fun playing games.

7. My plans for the future I plan to get my Master's Degree in Education and specialize in Library Media so that I can be a licensed School Librarian.

How will a Master's Degree help me in the future It will help me to become more knowledgeable and take what I have learned and apply it in helping a child become very successful in their education. I am going to learn many ways that I can help a student to want to love books and become very successful readers for the rest of their life.
