2. Who it affects? This type of social injustice affects children Mainly boys, but it affects girls a little bit Boys are abducted and forced into training After their training is complete they are force to kill their mothers Girls are abducted and force to become sex slaves and are given to commanders are throphies

3. What was the incident? A boy named Sunday Obote was abducted by the L.R.A. He was forced to train and learn to fight He witnessed a boy get pulverized by an axe He also saw so many children beaten up 200 other children simply because they couldn't continue running

4. Cause of the incident The L.R.A. are rebels that do not like the current government in Uganda So they fight them, but some time after the war they ran short on members so they went around villages at night stealing children They would force them to fight for them After a child’s training is over they would make them kill their own family

5. Results of this incidents Since 1986 the L.R.A. has stolen over 25,000 children from their families, ruined their childhood and made them kill their families Up until now The Ugandan People’s Defense force has been rescuing children one by one by there are still a lot of children who are still being used by the L.R.A.

6. How was this interesting to me? This topic was interesting to me because I wanted to learn how children were being treated all around the world We all are really lucky that we aren’t being used to fight for others We’re lucky that we don’t have to kill our entire family to survive
