4 Charge to the Committee To develop meaningful and engaging activities for students upon returning to Pine Road School To facilitate a seamless transition for staff moving to Pine Road To review current KinderLinks Program and plan for K-5 programming at Pine Road To examine the needs of students in grade six needing KinderLinks

5 To review, discuss, and consider new schedules for both buildings To communicate personnel timelines and procedures To develop a comprehensive and systematic communication plan To insure that technology needs and facilities/moving needs are well planned, communicated and implemented To make recommendations to the School Board that are in line with the mission and the vision of the district Charge to the Committee

6 Mission Statement The mission of the LMTSD is to foster educational excellence in a nurturing environment that provides respect for self and others, utilizing resources, staff and an innovative curriculum. All students, regardless of ability, will be provided the knowledge, skills, values and attitudes necessary to become life-long learners.

(Minutes will be posted on the website) Monthly district-wide meetings will be held to provide the entire group with updated information and an opportunity for input
