How Much: Cost is $175 for members/$200 for non-members How Many PDUs: 7 Registration is now open on the pmiheartland.org website! Notes: Breakfast and check in will begin at 7:30 a.m. Lunch and snacks will be provided.

11 New Members! New Member Gift There is a gift waiting for you at the monthly meeting, typically held on the third Wednesday of each month at the Scott Conference Center on UNO’s campus. Identify yourself as a new member at the Registration table and pick up your gift. Recruiting Incentive If you bring a guest to a monthly meeting and that guest becomes a member of the Chapter, you will receive a thank you gift. Have your guest note that you brought them when they register online. When the guest joins the Chapter, notify the VP of Membership. At the next meeting, pick up your gift.

13 PMI Certifications PMP Exam Prep If you are interested in pursuing your PMP certification, the Chapter has study groups twice a year to help prepare for the exam. Recognition When you receive your certification, your achievement will be recognized and celebrated by the presentation of a clock with your name and certification date engraved on it. 15 Meeting Reminders Advance Registration Register for meetings in advance at pmiheartland.org. This helps us plan our meeting space and food. If you are a PMP, your PDU claim will be submitted for you, and you will be able to print your PDU certificate from the pmiheartland web site. An added benefit - by registering 24 hours prior to the luncheon, you will qualify for the door prize drawings. PDU Certificate Login to pmiheartland.org. In the History section on the right side of the page, click the “Attendance” link. This will display your Attendance History. You can print a certificate for an event you have attended.

16 Nominations for 2013 Board of Directors Interested in helping PMI Heartland to deliver quality programs? Elections for the 2013 PMI Heartland Board of Directors will take place at our semi-annual meeting, June 20, 2012. If you are a PMI Heartland chapter member and interested in contributing your time and talents to the PMI Heartland Chapter as an officer, please contact Mary Price at ippresident@pmiheartland.org. Nomination forms will be available at the May PMI Heartland meeting scheduled for May 16, 2012.
