1. Problem: You can not print on an accurate position of print head especially after replacing (Purge Unit),(Print head),and (Conveying Unit). Answer: Have you ever checked [a print driver] to adjust a position of head accurately?

2. Procedure1 Click(left) [Devices and Printers]

3. Procedure2 Click(right) on the printer you would like to use.

4. Procedure3 Click the [Print Head Position Adjustment] in [Utility].

5. Procedure4 Click(left) [Print]. [Please check the 5-15 in the Service Utility.]

6. Procedure5 Black line (Step2) Media( the left image) is printed. Please take the media and go to next page. Vertical( Black, Cyan, Yellow)(step3,4) Horizontal( Black, Cyan, Yellow)(step3,4) [Please check the 5-15 in the Service Utility.] Set point of each color Please check next page. 7. Set point of each color Black line is set point.

8. Procedure6 Click(left) [yes]. [Please check the 5-15 in the Service Utility.]

9. Procedure7 Put the accurate number by checking Black line and Pink line. Please check the next page in detail. [Please check the 5-15 in the Service Utility.]

10. Detail Note: Please check which [black line] is on [pink line] accurately and put [the number] in each box by checking the number. In this example Value -20 is most accurate

11. Procedure8 Click (left) [Yes]and[OK]. [Please check the 5-15 in the Service Utility.]

12. Procedure9 Click (left) [Go to Detailed Printed Position Adjustment] to check the result of adjusting print head. [Please check the 5-15 in the Service Utility.]

13. Procedure10 Click [Print] and put the accurate number by checking Black line and Pink line. Please check the next page in detail. [Please check the 5-15 in the Service Utility.]

14. Detail Note: Please check which [black line] is on [pink line] accurately and put [the number] in each box by checking the number.

15. Procedure11 Click [Yes] and [Ok].
