Conference Theme The 2012 Olympics; A hospitality perspective As we approach 2008 and the Beijing Olympic Games in the summer, this conference embraces the Olympic theme and investigates what the hospitality industry needs to do to fully participate in, and gain from, the spectacle that will be the 2012 London Olympic Games.
