8 Healing Waters  The Thermae Sylla Grand Hotel and Hotel Kentrikon are well known therapeutic health centers in Europe.  These facilities claims to have the highest quality spring water, from a well that is 3 km deep.  “… spring waters are of the highest quality, rich in metallic elements such as calcium, potassium, iron, lithium, magnesium, and sodium. Importantly, the magnesium to calcium ratio is 1:4, representing the ideal combination for the body to absorb both the magnesium and the calcium” (Thermae Sylla Spa, 2014).
