The Home Base team is also planning for additional internal professional learning for DPI staff to expand the knowledge base of tools in Home Base at the department level to allow for better support for users at the LEAs and schools. Continue meeting with Regional Home Base User Groups and to expand the groups in regions that have not been as active in the past (modeling effective regional groups and making sure to meet the needs within each individual region) Involve more staff at the LEA or School level, such as Instructional Technology Facilitators (ITFs), HR directors and make sure they are kept up to date on the latest information about Home Base as they will continue to play a bigger role at the local level in the success of Home Base
