2 Environmental Services Department EECBG Actions The requested actions are needed to comply with the terms and conditions of the EECBG program that all funds generated from grant activity work such as rebates and incentives must be used for additional project activity work under this grant.

6 Environmental Services Department BROAD SPECTRUM LIGHTING The City has awarded the contract for Broad Spectrum Lighting to install approximately 36,000 lights. Approximately 14,500 light have been installed city-wide to date. Estimated saving are 15 million kWh, equating to approximately $1.8 million in energy cost saving annually.

7 Environmental Services Department City Administration Boiler Replacement Project

8 Environmental Services Department Gym Lighting Retrofits 21 out of 24 gyms have been completed thus far City wide with an anticipated 285,000 kWh and $59,000 annually.
