11 A Scout will see a slightly different menu under My Stuff. He will not see My Scouts or My Training History. He will see My Rank Advancement, My Merit Badges and My Awards. Scouts can only view photo and video galleries. The Troop menu will provide several choices for Troop and Patrol rosters. Dynamic Subgroups have been created to make communication to specific groups easier. For example, this is where the SPL could easily communicate with his youth leadership.

12 By clicking on My Rank Advancement in the My Stuff menu, a scout can review all of his progress toward ranks and print reports. A Scout Parent would access this same information by clicking on My Scout in the My Stuff menu. To view Merit Badge or Awards information go back to My Merit Badges or My Awards in the My Stuff menu or click these tabs. Camping Nights and Service Hours will automatically be logged through the attendance feature for scouts who participate in these events posted on the Troop Calendar.

13 Troop Calendar is found under Activities Hover and click on any event to see details. The Upcoming Events feature under Event Reports displays calendar events with full descriptions in list form.

14 In the Advancement menu, Adult Leaders (PPAs) can pull advancement reports by patrol to review rank and merit badge status Under Activities, Adult Leaders can access some additional information like meeting agendas and attendance reports
