SUMMARY The rate of diversity differs among masters and baccalaureate programs The number and proportion of baccalaureate programs are decreasing We need to look at ways of increasing the diversity rates, especially for URMs We need to look at factors that affect the decisions of applicants in selecting programs and degrees We need to evaluate our recruitment and admission practices
