Party Information Chairs: Sheryl Greening, Ann Koplin, Cherie Friend Secret Venue –We keep the location a secret for safety reasons and as a surprise for the graduates Schedule: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM –8:30 PM – Check-in at the school & buses leave at 9 PM –9:30 PM – 5 AM – Party at the Venue Variety of activities & food being planned –5:00 AM – Buses leave Venue for BSM –5:30 AM – Check-out at BSM Pickup Stand-out, Senior Gift and Prizes from the night, phones, cameras,… Costs –$120 per student (Same price for past 7 years) –Scholarships are available (contact Mary Andersen at BSM)

7. Parent Involvemen t 2. Donate … –We are trying to be cutback on soliciting more money from the Parents. Cutback on gifts and prizes. Goal is to provide a fun event for the Graduates. –Gifts: Each Senior will receive a gift bag with some small gift and gift card. (This has been scaled back from several years ago.) –Prize: Only a few activities need prizes –Some donations are needed See hand-out Boxers (Prizes for an activity) –Must be new and appropriate –Collection: Any committee chair or conferences Food through a food distributor/company Prizes for games (i.e. gift cards, small prizes, …) Senior Gifts (Quantity: 225) (i.e. picture frames, gift cards, coupons, things for college, …)

Pickup tonight (Over 75% participation last year) Be creative –school or outside activity (i.e. Part in play, Sport, Club, etc.) –college theme –occupation they are going into (i.e. Pilot) –Other (i.e. Favorite outfit, …) When creating the stand-out, your son/daughter can participate or you can surprise them Attach things well Re-enforce with small strip of wood, if needed Nothing valuable on them (Print a photo of it, blow it up if necessary) Office & copier stores can blow up pictures (i.e. face, pet, skis, skates, …) If you don’t want to make one, you can buy one (i.e. www.shindigz.com) Completed Stand-outs turned in at: –Spring Conferences –Drop-off location (TBD) Stand-outs Additional information in your handouts

Other Senior Information Senior Mom’s Night Out – Wed., Oct. 6, 7 PM, Hosted by: Deann Speltz October 13 – No school – SENIORS ONLY Yearbook Pictures – See KNIGHTLY NEWS for more information –Senior portraits: Wednesday, Dec. 8 (1 – 2 Pictures) For the class composites, a traditional vertical headshot is required. For the yearbook, any vertical picture is acceptable. Fee: $0 –Senior baby ads: Wednesday, Nov. 10 Up to a 250 character message, including spaces.
