2. Using this template To make best use of this template make sure you use the formatting tools. Use the ‘Layout’ option (next to the ‘new slide’ button) to chose a pre-formatted slide. Keep your text short and simple (use hand-outs for detail). Avoid using fonts (other than Arial), colours, word effects and clipart. If you use photos, better to use them full screen, one at a time.
