2 AAA Member Poll – Holiday 2011 - Page 2 Methodology An online survey was fielded to Automobile Club of Southern California members who participate in our online research panel “AAA Insiders” The survey was conducted from October 4 to October 20, 2011 557 Auto Club members completed the survey Responses are weighted to represent the ages of members. Differences between 2011 and 2010 results were tested for statistical significance at a 95% confidence level The margin of error is +/-4 percent.

More members will change their gift shopping this year and the biggest change will be shopping online to take advantage of free shipping They’ll also be looking for less expensive gifts and using more coupons Uppercase letters indicate statistically significant difference from other lettered category
