2 Product – wear-resisting bimetal products for crushing equipment (beaters, hammers, impact plates), obtained by casting method, wherein the product made of different alloys has strength characteristics of the solid product, at the same time ensuring the operational life enhancement by 3-5 times. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTIC: Beaters for hammer breakers, used for crushing limestone in cement production. Wear-resisting white cast-iron with very high hardness up to 60 HRC (1) is indicated by light color, impact protected low-carbon steel, equalizing impact stress, occurring during operation is indicated by dark color (2). In cement industry and construction materials branch (limestone, marlstone, dolomite, marble and gypsum mining and processing). In highway industry (gravel and broken stone mining and processing). When mining non-metallic mineral resources (coal; asbestos; gypsum; fluorite; potassium salts; zeolites etc. ). In metallurgy industry for generation of charge. During disposal of industrial waste (construction, glass, brick, expanded clay aggregate wastes etc.). During scrappage of motor vehicles (shredders). 4 Bimetal product made by JSC “Praxis Engineering” is marketable across key indicators: 1.Low cost (6 $/kg on FCA basis). 2.Higher quality as compared to the that of competitors. 3.Possibility of manufacturing absolutely any product nomenclature as per the customer’s individual drawings with weights ranging from 7 to 140 kg. The competitors do not at all produce in the range less than 30 kg. PRODUCT MARKETABILITY

5 Currently three potential competitors exist (this technology is not available in the USA): 1.European manufacturer. HARDTOP (Germany) (It manufactures product using Praxis Engineering technology). Product of weight 30 – 130 kg. 2.European manufacturer. Magotteax (Belgium). It manufactures product under own technology. Very limited nomenclature of products of weight 30 – 70 kg. 3.Chinese manufacturers. Several regional companies, declaring the possibility of manufacturing very limited nomenclature of products of weight 50 – 130 kg (doubtful information). The pricing of European manufacturers is individual for different clients (according to information available ranging from 10 to 12 $/kg excl. VAT). The pricing of Chinese manufacturers ranges from 4 to 10 $/kg on EXW basis. The activity of these companies in the USA is not known. COMPETITORS

6 In 2014 comparison tests of the bimetal hammers made by JSC “Praxis Engineering” and bimetal hammers made by HARDTOP and Magotteax were performed on the raw material crusher at the LSR-Cement cement plant near St. Petersburg. It is apparent from this table that the bimetal hammers made by Praxis Engineering would exhibit more qualitative results as compared to the competitors during the process tests.
