3 Station 1: Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
Demonstration Differentiation Laptop to connect to a promethean/smart board. As we know no one child learns the same therefore teachers must incorporate UDL to accommodate the needs of each student individually. “Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a framework for teaching and learning that includes proactive planning of curricula (goals, assessments, methods, and materials). Planning with UDL does not assume a one-size-fits-all approach; instead it takes into account the variability of all learners. (Cast 2012)

Mission and Belief Goals As a district educator my mission is to incorporate the use of technology to help students integrate the use of technology other 21st century skills needed to follow career pathways to complete future career goals. To teach students to set goals and create pathways to meet their goals. To motivate students to want to learn and complete pathways in order to become success.

Introduction to Business and Technology Tools This course falls under the Pre Engineering, Math & Technology program that allow students to practice the skills needed in starting a business incorporating technology. Computer Laptops

8 Station 3: 21st-Century Skills Acquisition and Employability
Interaction How Technology is used? Apply Technology Effectively Use technology as a tool to research, organize, evaluate and communicate information Use digital technologies (computers, PDAs, media players, GPS,  etc.), communication/networking tools and social networks appropriately to access, manage, integrate, evaluate and create information to successfully function in a knowledge economy Apply a fundamental understanding of the ethical/legal issues surrounding the access and use of information technologies(P21 n.d.).
