4. English proverbs and sayings which are completely similar to Russian ones: Example: «Do not look a gift horse in a mouth» - «Дареному коню в зубы не смотрят» «Brevity is the soul of wit.» – «Краткость-сестра таланта»

5. English proverbs which are partially translated into Russian Example: «Out of sight, out of mind» - «С глаз долой, из сердца вон» «Don’t count your chickens before they are hatched» - «Цыплят по осени считают»

6. English proverbs and sayings which are completely difficult to translate from English into Russian Example: «To take a mountain out of a molehill»- «Делать из мухи слона» «Pride goes before a fail» -«Кто слишком высоко летает, тот низко падает»
