Key role and responsibilities Coordination – Sub cluster activation and conducting meetings – Liaison with other cluster and sub clusters for integration – Establish referral channels/ mechanism – Ensure coordinated response in emergency /avoid duplication – Gap analysis and response planning – Information management, mapping, reporting, situation analysis, data base management Technical support – Capacity building on GBV and multi-sectoral approach – Provide technical guidance and review programming on GBV – Monitoring GBV prevention and response activities and feed back to organizations for betterment – Support in development of specific reporting and monitoring tools – Provide feedback and inputs in MSRA /MIRA/RPA – Capacity assessment of individual and institutions for capacity development plan Leadership – To lead GBV specific assessment – Represent GBV actors / response community – Provide last resort Fund raising – Supporting in fund raising – Prioritization of area and interventions – Advocacy with donor stream

7. Note : For all of the organizations who identified and shared GBV cases verbal or in general emails but did not provided IRF or follow up updates on cases, GBV sub cluster coordinator, will raise concern of credibility and quality of the organization. This does not mean to force organization for reporting cases any how, the objective is to document at least what we have done already
