12. April 18, 2006FermiGrid Project12 Permanent Storage System The FermiGrid OSG storage element FNAL_FERMIGRID_SE has been commissioned as part of the public dcache. The IA group is in the process of adding the necessary dcache user accounts. Requisition CD99397, totaling ~$64K, for 24 Tbytes of HDS SATA disk for attachment to the CD BlueArc NFS server appliance was submitted for approvals on Wednesday April 12, 2006.

13. April 18, 2006FermiGrid Project13 Development Systems FermiGrid0 Tanya Levshina is currently using fermigrid0 for her VOMRS/VOMS testing and development. This system is also available for use by other FermiGrid and Fermilab grid developers. Fgtest1-Fgtest5 We have five systems from the former QCD cluster. There are installed in WH8NE. Various tests are being done: –New versions of OSG (ITB 0.3.6 & 0.3.7) –High availability / Service redundancy –New job forwarding mechanisms –SAZ testing –glexec testing & development

15. April 18, 2006FermiGrid Project15 glexec Needed by CDF Glide- CAF to meet Fermilab accounting, auditing, and security requirements. Existing glexec code uses LCMAPS+LCAS infrastructure from LCG and needs to be modified to interoperate with OSG GUMS+SAZ infrastructure. Dan Yocum is working on the WBS for the glexec recoding project.
