6 Leadership Goals Lead by the VP of Education One CL, ALB, ALS or DTM

7 Membership Goals Lead by VP Membership Four new members
Four more new members

8 Additional Club Goals Lead by Club President
Minimum of four Club officers trained for each training period Submitted to World Headquarters One semiannual dues renewal report One club officer list submitted

9 Membership Requirement
Year end (June 30) Club must have at least 20 members Or net growth of 5 new members

10 Club Success Plan – 5 Steps
Have Plan / Vision Set Goals Outline strategies for achieving goals Identify resources Track and reward accomplishments
