2 Our new system… Only registered Caseworkers have access to our online inventory and can access items for their clients who live within the City of Mississauga.

3 Partner agency role … Follow these easy steps… 1.Ensure your agency is a Registered Partner. 2.Ensure that you are a Registered Caseworker. 3.Assess the needs of your client, and place an order on their behalf. 4.Ensure that the service fee of $300.00 is paid by e-transfer to: payment@mississaugafuriturebank.org or personal cheque mailed to 1599 Suite #302 Hurontario Street, Mississauga ON L5G 4S1 (*please note there will be a 10 day waiting period on all cheques before order will be processed.) payment@mississaugafuriturebank.org

4 Case worker registration … If your agency does not appear in the list, please contact us so we may add it. Register Each case worker must register and create an account. You only need to do this step once.

6 Add client’s items to cart …

7 Proceed to checkout…

8 Provide delivery details… Please provide the client’s contact and delivery information.

9 Confirmation and email… You will receive an order confirmation email with details of how to proceed with payment.

10 Our Warehouse We’ll follow up with the client to confirm delivery.

11 Important Considerations Don’t Forget … Needs Assessment Please ensure that the items you have selected for your client is in line with their needs: We have limited inventory available. We wish to service as many families as possible. We have a responsibility to donors to ensure their items are placed with those in most need. Will it fit? Please make sure the order is in line with the size of the client’s space and access to their apartment. We do not take return on any items delivered. Please limit the order to no more than 6 large items.

12 Important Considerations Don’t Forget … Accurate Client Information We collect information during checkout that is crucial for delivery and reporting purposes. Contact info for the client. Please ask for proof that the client lives at the address that items are to be delivered. Notes area is for special instructions. Number of dependents and family members is tracked for statistical purposes only.

13 Important Considerations Don’t Forget … Curb-Side Drop Off Only Clients need to have “helping hands” available on delivery day. Why? Limited liability-We NEVER enter a client’s home. Time and cost of movers and truck rental. Adherence to our delivery schedule.
