2 The Graduation Ceremony June 22, 2016 Chandos Pattison Auditorium 10238 – 168 St., Surrey 6:00 pm marshalling (arrive earlier if you want photos with family, friends and staff)

3 Getting to the Auditorium take the first exit off SFPR

17 Dinner / Dance (Prom) Students and their guests must be at the school by 4:00 p.m. There will be a security check before you board the buses Bus lists will be posted by June 10 th – please check and confirm Parents attending the Dinner / Dance Dinner guests arrive by 6:00 p.m. Dinner guests arrive by 6:00 p.m. Dessert guests arrive by 7:30 p.m. Dessert guests arrive by 7:30 p.m.

18 Dry Grad Tickets on sale until June 10 th – see Mrs. Yakabuski (or Megan) (This is put on by a parent committee, not teachers) There will be rooms at Dry Grad to change your clothes and to store your bags / prom wear Buses will transport you back to Poppy by 4:00 a.m. Make sure that you have arranged for parent pick-up at 4:00 a.m. NO taxis! The school is closed
