Programme Board Producing the programme board report Latest reports: Programme Element 0.34, Programme Detailed 0.35 and Programme Summary 0.14 Changes for 2014 Module data shown includes all modules for current year plus any passed (i.e. not FW/FX) for previous years, if repeating the stage. No need to use RTS code IGNORE against previously failed SMRs Previous marks, averages, credits and student type all using new SMR UDF but old RTS codes will still work Condoned credits now a tally of credits rather than count of modules Checking data Exceptional circumstances in latest SCE Trailing modules Modules shown, averages and credits all determined by SMR selection status Stage weightings determined by SPR award code

Post-Programme Board Amending module data In SMRU undo & mark SMRs that need a grade change: UC – Condonement EX – Deferral (to September only) FW – Module to be repeated FX – Module to be repeated and exceptional circumstances accepted Set re-assessments (if different to original assessments) Remember – all RAS SMRs will close when next processed Agreeing SAW records Re-run PSA for individual students or a whole programme (note this overwrites existing SAWs) Check P status SAWs carefully for the correct Calc Award and Mark Agree SAWs using PSA option 6 Check classification and award date Prizes recorded as SMCs using a MOD record with type PRIZE

Progression Results Letters (SRL) Run in SPR for progressed studentsMinor changes to repeat module lists Transcripts (Portrait 0.41 and Landscape 0.76) Check modules, averages and credits carefully Changes for 2014 Released via MAP using same method as previous years Award Lists Graduation List (Agreed) Final Year v1.05 in Infoview folder Exam Boards-Award Lists-UG Must have an agreed SAW for 2013/4 Progression System Access, login and changes for 2014 Only referred students should have open SMRs; all decisions expect closed SMRs Transfers and unprogressing students
