5 PROCESS FLOW CHART RAW MATERIAL Jewelry tools Silver & Gold Filled Wire Seashells, Sea Glass, Pearls Soldering Chips MANUFACTURE Measure & cut wire to size Drill hole in seashells, sea glass & pearls ASSEMBLE Thread the wire through drilled items & bend both ends of the wire inward to secure items from following off FUSE PREP Join ends of the wire together making sure ends are flush and straight FUSE Lay wire on firing brick & begin to fuse with Torch SOLDER Heat wire with torch and place solder on flushed ends of wire till solder chip melts After wire fused closed drop hot wire in to your quench cup to cool USE mandrel and hammer out the kinks till bangle is shaped into a circle. USE a texturing hammer to harden & texture bangle (texture till satisfied) Dip bangle in a Pickle pot to remove discoloration. Place bangle in Tumbler for final polish.

6 PROCESS FLOW SHEET (CONT) Remove bangle from tumbler and rise with tab water Inspect bangle and look for defects Place bangle on jewelry stand to dry Polish bangle with a polishing pad for extra shine Package bangle and prepare for delivery to retail/customer Delivery Options: Face-to-face (meet-up) Retail store purchase Priority Shipping Execute on delivery options per customer request Notify Customer that order is ready and being transported Customer receives product
