They work at universities and government agencies. As a Marine Chemist I monitor dissolved chemicals in the water and monitor and regulate pollution levels in Marine environments.

Marine Chemist's point of view As a marine chemist I don’t think that the project should happen. It causes to much pollution from dumping wastes and all the exhaust pollution from boats. The pollution leads to warming of the water. The warmer the water gets the more salinity there is. Coral can’t live in high salinity. If the coral dies then it affects the rest of the species living there.

 A marine geologist studies the different natural processes that occur on the ocean floors and beaches.  They examine rocks, minerals, and fossil remains to identify and determine the sequence of processes affecting the development of the earth.  They also collect samples of sediment rock.

A Marine Biologist Does many things including these-  Studies Marine Fish population  Manages a marine wildlife preserve and concerned with protection of Marine organisms that live there.  Record information often about marine organism.  Collects Sponges  Look for bioactive drugs that might help people in curing disease.  Counts Marine animals  Doing DNA sequencing of the Animals Marine Biologist do may things but all work with Marine Animals.

Marine Biologists View Impact Effect As a marine biologist I would say no to the coral reef vacation. Having the vacation spot happen would have impact the coral reefs. The people would most likely pollute the area and put chemicals in the water. As an effect of the pollution and chemicals it would hurt the population of the fish that live there. There are more then 70 species of animals that live in the coral reefs. Adding chemicals and pollution to the water will kill the animals. The chemicals can effect the coral, and the coral is a very important part in the coral reefs.
