7 Strategic agreement between AvtoVAZ and Renault On February 29, 2008 year an agreement on strategic partnership between OOO “AvtoVAZ” and Renault was signed. The results of this partnership will be the following:  development of new car models under Lada’s trademark;  renewal of AvtoVAZ vehicle line by 2015 year;  purchase of engine and gearbox technology.
