These double bonds are formed by the removal of H atoms. * Most vegetable fats (oils) and fish fats are unsaturated. * They are liquid at room temperature. * They can be synthetically converted to saturated (solid) by adding H (Hydrogenation الهَدْرَﭽـَة).
