בן 19, חייל.
מזה 3 חודשים, קוצר נשימה שמופיע במיוחד לאחר מאמץ , ולעתים גורם להתעוררות משינת לילה.
בדיקה פיזיקלית: כניסת אויר תקינה לשתי הריאות, אקספיריום מאורך וצפצופים סוף-אקספירטורים.

חולשת גפיים, בעיקר תחתונות וירידה בתחושה דיסטלית.
