As an educator, my educational philosophy is to facilitate an excellent level of education and developmental learning to students with the best possible academic outcomes. My goal also is to encourage students and assist them in developing a love for learning and produce a wonderful environment that is accepting to all students. As an educator I can provide the tools and skills necessary for success and allow students to display their talents and in turn build their self- confidence.

Classroom Management Plan guides the teachers in promoting a positive learning environment through addressing the student understanding, difficulties and complying with the school policies, code of conduct and regulations. Teacher will analyze the skills, knowledge and weaknesses among students to align with the implemented plan thro0ugh backward design approach.

The two fundamental school models are of: 1.Private School 2.Public School Both the models are effective in imparting education to students through striving and incorporating best learning approaches. Private school tends to charge for tuition fee, whereas, the public schools are free of charges to the public. “Private schools primarily operate from private funds, although they may receive some level of public funds.” (Newman, R., 2013) Different School Models

Effective Lesson Planning and Design Complying with the Common Core Standards for designing effective instructions and lesson to students will advocate in meeting the desirable academic goals and performance expectations from the students, The Common Core Standards will serves as a guide to developing precise and effective learning objectives and goals, Researching, knowledge seeking and collaborating with colleagues and teachers for improvement in pedagogical context and curriculum planning, Utilizing technological tools and social media to integrate parents, community organizations and educators in continuous improvement process for effective school system.

Understanding the student needs and weaknesses in pedagogical disciplines for through backward model integration in curriculum and lesson planning activities, Taking time to plan out the instructional approaches for catering to diverse learning styles among students, Encouraging collaboration among students in team work, revising new concepts learnt through tests, assessment and reading and writing practices. Overcoming Pitfalls

Assessment Matters Assessment plays a significant role in assessing the academic progress of classroom, Teachers can determine the strengths, skills and weaknesses under different developmental domains and pedagogical context for making improvement collaboratively (Darling-Hammond & Snyder, 2000), Enables mastering the required skills and capabilities for perfuming well, Sense of responsibility and accountability for teachers and students to make improvement, Guides in teaching practices.

Assessment Matters (Cont’d) Assessment and evaluation types include: Summative Assessment - “ determine a student's overall achievement level in a specific area of learning at a particular time.” (Newman, 2013) Formative Assessment - “is used to inform future practice. Its goal is to improve teaching and learning.” (Newman, 2013). Both the assessment methods are necessary for effective determination of teaching and learning standards. Educators and teachers must be effective in planning to help students through developing lesson and activities.

Professional Learning Communities (PLC) Collaboration of educators, administrators, teachers and community organizations and partners, Facilitation of professional development, International recognition of school system and teachers for engaging in higher learning, Promotes autonomy, leadership and generating new ideas through participation of teachers and educators.
